This weekly hour class with Yoga Therapist Judy Glassman will focus on stress reduction techniques and alignment based yoga postures. We will use evidence based yoga breathing and physical postures to improve alignment, promote energy and healing, and empower you to cultivate methods to reduce stress. We will require a brief intake form and welcome all levels of experience.

Judy’s passion to pursue her yoga lifework full-time as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist stemmed from her own path in physical healing through yoga, and the desire to share that knowledge. In Judy’s view, yoga is an emotional, mental, physical and integrative practice that heals, strengthens, balances and focuses the body, mind and soul. She believes yoga is an invaluable and comprehensive tool for those navigating this demanding and complicated world.
Judy offers personalized instruction and inspiration -- from new students of all ages to those interested in fine-tuning their practice as well as those who are injured or simply stressed in their daily lives. She also has specific experience working with seniors and those who are challenged by long-term illnesses or ailments.
Her interest and study in alignment-based yoga as well as anatomy, and how the physical form correctly functions with breath and movement, is a continuous source of fascination and training.
